Wai-Ora Apiary Honey

Wai-Ora means liquid health or life-giving, and this family-run apiary has been producing minimally processed honey for over 40 years. They're guided by ancient Maori principals that everything that we say, think and do should be done with future generations in mind.

Located in North Canterbury Wai-Ora honey is harvested chemical-free and, no sugar-feeding to the bees and little interference during the creation process to provide a totally raw organic product. 

Mumma Bear stocks a range three of 500g jars;

• Clover - gathered from clover flowers growing abundantly in the valleys and pastures in the South Island. 
• Wildflower - gathered from flowers growing abundantly in the valleys and pastures in the South Island. 
• Honeydew - a pure, raw honey gathered from the majestic Beech forests in the South Island.
