Jumbo oats, cashews and Christmas spices toasted with organic honey and finished with crystallised ginger and dried cranberries. This granola makes a beautiful gift or a delicious festive treat for yourself. Try it simply with Greek yoghurt, as part of a fruit crumble or on top of pancakes.
