The Overnighter is mumma bear's take on a bircher-style muesli with an added benefit - It can also be cooked as a porridge. It has the usual oats and extra oat bran, with apricot, cranberry, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.
To make it as an 'overnighter', take ½ cup overnighter, add one grated apple (skin on), add one cup yoghurt, and mix all together. Refrigerate overnight, enjoy for breakfast the following day.
